初三上(shang)(shang)学(xue)(xue)(xue)期开学(xue)(xue)(xue)不(bu)久,班(ban)(ban)上(shang)(shang)一(yi)(yi)(yi)位(wei)学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)桌子周(zhou)(zhou)围放(fang)满了大(da)(da)大(da)(da)小小的(de)(de)(de)绒娃娃,以(yi)致堵塞交通,一(yi)(yi)(yi)看就(jiu)知道是(shi)(shi)她(ta)的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)(ri)到(dao)(dao)(dao)了。我(wo)(wo)想(xiang)提(ti)醒(xing)她(ta)不(bu)要(yao)把这(zhei)(zhei)些(xie)放(fang)在教室(shi),但考虑到(dao)(dao)(dao)这(zhei)(zhei)是(shi)(shi)别人临时(shi)(shi)送的(de)(de)(de),当(dang)然只能放(fang)在班(ban)(ban)上(shang)(shang),另外怕影响学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)(ri)的(de)(de)(de)快(kuai)(kuai)乐(le)。这(zhei)(zhei)事就(jiu)这(zhei)(zhei)样过(guo)去了,谁也没有(you)察觉我(wo)(wo)的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)时(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)快(kuai)(kuai),甚(shen)至有(you)学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)认为(wei)我(wo)(wo)是(shi)(shi)默(mo)(mo)许。几周(zhou)(zhou)后,又(you)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)个(ge)(ge)学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)留(liu)级女生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)周(zhou)(zhou)围放(fang)满了生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)(ri)礼(li)物(wu)(wu),甚(shen)至还(hai)放(fang)到(dao)(dao)(dao)其(qi)他同(tong)(tong)(tong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)那(nei)里(li)(li),教室(shi)俨然成(cheng)了精品礼(li)物(wu)(wu)店,还(hai)有(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)个(ge)(ge)男(nan)(nan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)抽屉里(li)(li)送着一(yi)(yi)(yi)个(ge)(ge)大(da)(da)大(da)(da)的(de)(de)(de)棒(bang)棒(bang)糖(他说(shuo)花了10元钱)。这(zhei)(zhei)次(ci)我(wo)(wo)不(bu)能沉默(mo)(mo),沉默(mo)(mo)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)对这(zhei)(zhei)风气的(de)(de)(de)助长。眼保(bao)健操时(shi)(shi),我(wo)(wo)问:“今天(tian)是(shi)(shi)谁生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)(ri)啊?我(wo)(wo)们(men)一(yi)(yi)(yi)起(qi)送件礼(li)物(wu)(wu)给她(ta)好不(bu)好?来(lai)(lai),全班(ban)(ban)同(tong)(tong)(tong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)站(zhan)起(qi)来(lai)(lai)唱(chang)《生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)(ri)快(kuai)(kuai)乐(le)歌》。”50多位(wei)同(tong)(tong)(tong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)齐刷刷地(di)站(zhan)起(qi)来(lai)(lai)认真(zhen)地(di)唱(chang)着歌,寿星安坐在座位(wei)上(shang)(shang)。唱(chang)完了,有(you)同(tong)(tong)(tong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)说(shuo),今天(tian)还(hai)是(shi)(shi)某(mou)某(mou)的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)(ri),那(nei)是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)个(ge)(ge)男(nan)(nan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),他没有(you)收(shou)到(dao)(dao)(dao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)份(fen)礼(li)物(wu)(wu)。这(zhei)(zhei)时(shi)(shi)我(wo)(wo)可以(yi)想(xiang)像他当(dang)时(shi)(shi)是(shi)(shi)多么(me)的(de)(de)(de)羡慕、失落和沮丧。这(zhei)(zhei)种风气不(bu)仅造成(cheng)互相攀比的(de)(de)(de)恶(e)性循环,也极大(da)(da)刺伤了寂寞者的(de)(de)(de)心(xin)。“同(tong)(tong)(tong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)们(men),我(wo)(wo)们(men)再(zai)来(lai)(lai)唱(chang)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)(ri)歌吧!”教室(shi)里(li)(li)再(zai)次(ci)唱(chang)起(qi)了《生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)(ri)快(kuai)(kuai)乐(le)歌》,歌声(sheng)在教室(shi)里(li)(li)回响,飘荡在学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)们(men)的(de)(de)(de)心(xin)上(shang)(shang),那(nei)位(wei)腼腆的(de)(de)(de)小男(nan)(nan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),也跟其(qi)他同(tong)(tong)(tong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)一(yi)(yi)(yi)起(qi)站(zhan)起(qi)来(lai)(lai)唱(chang)歌,声(sheng)音不(bu)是(shi)(shi)很(hen)大(da)(da),却很(hen)投(tou)入。同(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天(tian)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)(ri),一(yi)(yi)(yi)个(ge)(ge)收(shou)到(dao)(dao)(dao)礼(li)物(wu)(wu),一(yi)(yi)(yi)个(ge)(ge)什么(me)也没有(you)收(shou)到(dao)(dao)(dao),一(yi)(yi)(yi)个(ge)(ge)心(xin)安理得地(di)接(jie)受同(tong)(tong)(tong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)们(men)的(de)(de)(de)祝福,一(yi)(yi)(yi)个(ge)(ge)心(xin)怀感(gan)动真(zhen)心(xin)享受这(zhei)(zhei)意(yi)外的(de)(de)(de)礼(li)物(wu)(wu)。

此后,再也没有(you)出(chu)现(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)礼(li)物堆满教(jiao)室的(de)情况(kuang)了,学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)过(guo)了一(yi)个个平常的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)日(ri)。对学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教(jiao)育(yu),要有(you)敏锐的(de)洞察(cha)力。出(chu)现(xian)问(wen)题(ti),我们不是一(yi)味的(de)批评教(jiao)育(yu),一(yi)味的(de)野蛮禁止,而是站(zhan)在学(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)立(li)场去思(si)考问(wen)题(ti),以朋友的(de)身(shen)份加(jia)以引导,往往能(neng)起到良好(hao)的(de)效果(guo)。

那是一(yi)(yi)个温(wen)文尔雅(ya)的(de)(de)女(nv)生,成(cheng)绩良好,英语竞赛年级第一(yi)(yi),代表学校参加决赛,最近却上(shang)课总与别人讲(jiang)话(hua)(hua),这(zhei)(zhei)在(zai)以(yi)(yi)前是没(mei)有(you)(you)过(guo)的(de)(de)事情,这(zhei)(zhei)里面(mian)一(yi)(yi)定有(you)(you)问题。课后(hou)(hou)我(wo)把她(ta)(ta)叫到(dao)办公室,问她(ta)(ta)什(shen)么(me)原因,跟她(ta)(ta)讲(jiang)上(shang)课的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)性。她(ta)(ta)当时没(mei)有(you)(you)回答我(wo),后(hou)(hou)来以(yi)(yi)纸条(tiao)的(de)(de)形式告诉我(wo),她(ta)(ta)之所(suo)以(yi)(yi)这(zhei)(zhei)样做(zuo)是因为她(ta)(ta)觉得父母的(de)(de)爱(ai)全倾注在(zai)弟(di)弟(di)身(shen)上(shang),而(er)不(bu)关心她(ta)(ta),她(ta)(ta)想通(tong)过(guo)讲(jiang)话(hua)(hua)来让(rang)自己成(cheng)绩差(cha)一(yi)(yi)点(dian),以(yi)(yi)学习(xi)的(de)(de)退步(bu)(bu)来引起父母的(de)(de)注意(yi)和关爱(ai)。这(zhei)(zhei)是多(duo)么(me)幼稚和愚蠢的(de)(de)想法。虽(sui)然我(wo)后(hou)(hou)来没(mei)有(you)(you)再(zai)找她(ta)(ta),因为没(mei)有(you)(you)必要(yao),这(zhei)(zhei)样的(de)(de)学生一(yi)(yi)点(dian)就明,不(bu)需要(yao)太多(duo)的(de)(de)教育,在(zai)两周(zhou)后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)月考(kao)中,她(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)成(cheng)绩还有(you)(you)了进(jin)步(bu)(bu)。我(wo)真不(bu)敢想,如果没(mei)有(you)(you)指出她(ta)(ta)的(de)(de)错(cuo)误,她(ta)(ta)习(xi)惯(guan)(guan)于上(shang)课讲(jiang)话(hua)(hua),习(xi)惯(guan)(guan)于成(cheng)绩“差(cha)”,她(ta)(ta)会成(cheng)为什(shen)么(me)样子(zi)。

班主任的工作烦琐,千头万绪,要做好班主任工作,要在“细”上下工夫,细心地观察每一位学生,要在“诚”上做文章,真诚地对待每一位同学。差生更期待老师关注的目光,更需要老师的关心,就像风筝等待轻风,小草更需要阳光一样。
