毕业实习报告

转(zhuan)眼间,我(wo)的(de)大学生活就要结束了(le)。在(zai)走上工(gong)作(zuo)岗(gang)位(wei)之前(qian),我(wo)在(zai)XXX综合(he)管理(li)办公(gong)室(shi)开(kai)始(shi)了(le)我(wo)的(de)毕业(ye)(ye)实(shi)(shi)习。在(zai)实(shi)(shi)习过程中(zhong),我(wo)在(zai)单位(wei)领导的(de)热心指导和同事的(de)大力帮助下,积极参加与(yu)日常业(ye)(ye)务相关的(de)各项(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo),并且注意把书本上学到的(de)理(li)论知识(shi)与(yu)实(shi)(shi)际工(gong)作(zuo)相联(lian)系,力求(qiu)在(zai)实(shi)(shi)践中(zhong)提升自(zi)己的(de)能力,升华自(zi)己的(de)理(li)论水平(ping)。

实(shi)(shi)习中(zhong)(zhong),我要求自己(ji)多(duo)看、多(duo)问、多(duo)学(xue)习,对物(wu)业中(zhong)(zhong)心管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)开展有(you)了(le)进(jin)一(yi)(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)(de)了(le)解。通(tong)过(guo)(guo)这一(yi)(yi)个(ge)月的(de)(de)(de)(de)实(shi)(shi)习,我认识到不(bu)(bu)(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)职能(neng)办(ban)公室(shi)具有(you)不(bu)(bu)(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)及职责(ze)范围(wei)。作(zuo)为物(wu)业中(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)(de)(de)(de)综(zong)合(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)办(ban)公室(shi),其岗位使(shi)(shi)命是实(shi)(shi)施管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)推进(jin),协调(diao)(diao)内外(wai)关(guan)系,为公司实(shi)(shi)现长期发展战略与经营管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)目标服务(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)综(zong)合(he)性部门,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)范围(wei)广,任(ren)(ren)务(wu)也(ye)比较(jiao)繁杂。综(zong)合(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)是办(ban)公室(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)体工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),领(ling)导(dao)(dao)要做(zuo)到决(jue)(jue)策(ce)科(ke)学(xue)化,离不(bu)(bu)(bu)开各(ge)(ge)个(ge)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)人员(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)协助(zhu)。综(zong)合(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)人员(yuan)处理(li)着大(da)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)日常事(shi)务(wu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),使(shi)(shi)得领(ling)导(dao)(dao)能(neng)集中(zhong)(zhong)精力考虑大(da)问题;另外(wai),还(hai)能(neng)发挥他(ta)们了(le)解全面(mian)情(qing)况,掌握多(duo)方面(mian)信息的(de)(de)(de)(de)优势,辅助(zhu)领(ling)导(dao)(dao)决(jue)(jue)策(ce),提供合(he)理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)建议。综(zong)合(he)办(ban)公室(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)头(tou)绪多(duo),任(ren)(ren)务(wu)重(zhong)(zhong),必须(xu)要做(zuo)好各(ge)(ge)方面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)协调(diao)(diao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。作(zuo)为综(zong)合(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)办(ban)公室(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人员(yuan),要主(zhu)动做(zuo)好领(ling)导(dao)(dao)之间、部门之间的(de)(de)(de)(de)协调(diao)(diao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),帮助(zhu)领(ling)导(dao)(dao)有(you)计(ji)划(hua)(hua)、有(you)步骤、有(you)重(zhong)(zhong)点的(de)(de)(de)(de)抓好各(ge)(ge)项(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),做(zuo)到忙而不(bu)(bu)(bu)乱。并(bing)从过(guo)(guo)去(qu)偏重(zhong)(zhong)办(ban)文(wen)办(ban)事(shi),转变(bian)到既(ji)办(ban)文(wen)办(ban)事(shi)又出(chu)谋划(hua)(hua)策(ce)。不(bu)(bu)(bu)仅如(ru)此,综(zong)合(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)办(ban)公室(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人员(yuan)还(hai)应开展调(diao)(diao)查研究,了(le)解基层职工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)学(xue)习、思想(xiang)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)、生活情(qing)况,及时向领(ling)导(dao)(dao)反映,并(bing)提出(chu)合(he)理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)建议。对一(yi)(yi)些急需解决(jue)(jue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)问题,应及时与有(you)关(guan)部门协商解决(jue)(jue)。

综(zong)合(he)管(guan)理(li)办(ban)公(gong)(gong)室的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)范围广,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)任(ren)务相(xiang)对(dui)繁杂,所以这(zhei)就(jiu)(jiu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求综(zong)合(he)管(guan)理(li)办(ban)公(gong)(gong)室的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)人员(yuan)(yuan)既(ji)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)自觉、全面的(de)(de)(de)(de)加强各个(ge)方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)修养(yang),努力把自己造就(jiu)(jiu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)德才(cai)兼备(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)人员(yuan)(yuan),又(you)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)有很(hen)高的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)效率和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)准确性,也就(jiu)(jiu)是说既(ji)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)高效率的(de)(de)(de)(de)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)又(you)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)高质(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。任(ren)何(he)(he)目标的(de)(de)(de)(de)实(shi)(shi)现,都离不开(kai)两个(ge)因素,一是准确,二是时(shi)限。其中(zhong)任(ren)何(he)(he)一个(ge)失误(wu),都会使(shi)事情办(ban)不成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)或办(ban)不好。综(zong)合(he)管(guan)理(li)人员(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)准确是指(zhi)正(zheng)(zheng)确体现政策,正(zheng)(zheng)确表(biao)达(da)领导(dao)意(yi)图,正(zheng)(zheng)确地办(ban)文(wen)(wen)办(ban)事,言行有分(fen)寸,文(wen)(wen)字(zi)能(neng)达(da)意(yi)。它(ta)在一定(ding)程度上保证领导(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)准确性。其涉及(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方面很(hen)多,简要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)地说,就(jiu)(jiu)是:办(ban)文(wen)(wen)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)准,办(ban)事要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)稳,情况要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)实(shi)(shi),主意(yi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)慎。而要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)做到这(zhei)些,必(bi)须态度认真(zhen),作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)风过(guo)细,不能(neng)疏忽大意(yi),不能(neng)马虎潦草。比(bi)如(ru)说办(ban)理(li)公(gong)(gong)文(wen)(wen),就(jiu)(jiu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)保证文(wen)(wen)件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)质(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang),用(yong)词(ci)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)准确,材料要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)真(zhen)实(shi)(shi),抄写要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)认真(zhen),校对(dui)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)仔(zi)细,力求每一个(ge)环节(jie)都不发生差错。否则就(jiu)(jiu)会贻误(wu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),甚至酿成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)难以弥补的(de)(de)(de)(de)损(sun)失。时(shi)限就(jiu)(jiu)是尽可能(neng)缩(suo)短(duan)周期,减少中(zhong)间环节(jie)。因此办(ban)事必(bi)须具有很(hen)强的(de)(de)(de)(de)时(shi)效意(yi)识,要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)迅(xun)速行动,不可拖拖拉(la)拉(la),要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)制定(ding)科学的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)制度,理(li)顺关系(xi),分(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)明确,充分(fen)发挥工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)人员(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)性和创(chuang)造性。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)简化办(ban)事程序(xu),减少不必(bi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)行文(wen)(wen)和礼节(jie),消除“文(wen)(wen)山会海”的(de)(de)(de)(de)现象,提(ti)高工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)效率。尽可能(neng)利用(yong)电(dian)脑(nao)等(deng)现代(dai)技术(shu)改变工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)手段,实(shi)(shi)行办(ban)公(gong)(gong)自动化,例如(ru)用(yong)电(dian)脑(nao)传递信息(xi)、检索(suo)资料、编辑(ji)文(wen)(wen)稿等(deng)。

简短(duan)的(de)(de)(de)实习(xi)生(sheng)活,使我(wo)对(dui)日常行政管(guan)理(li)工作(zuo)(zuo)有了深层次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)感性(xing)与理(li)性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)认(ren)识,让我(wo)体会(hui)到了作(zuo)(zuo)为一(yi)个社会(hui)人(ren)和学(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)区别。作(zuo)(zuo)为一(yi)名(ming)学(xue)生(sheng),首(shou)要(yao)任务的(de)(de)(de)学(xue)习(xi)。在保(bao)证学(xue)习(xi)的(de)(de)(de)前提下,开展(zhan)各项活动(dong)。而(er)作(zuo)(zuo)为一(yi)名(ming)社会(hui)人(ren),无论是本职工作(zuo)(zuo)还(hai)是人(ren)际交往都(dou)是很重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)。

在(zai)(zai)短短一(yi)(yi)个(ge)(ge)(ge)月的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)实(shi)(shi)习(xi)(xi)期中(zhong)(zhong),我(wo)深刻的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)体(ti)会(hui)(hui)到与(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)事(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)相处与(yu)交流(liu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)相当(dang)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。由于一(yi)(yi)个(ge)(ge)(ge)完(wan)整(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)任(ren)务(wu)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)大(da)家分工(gong)(gong)合(he)作(zuo)来完(wan)成,所以同(tong)(tong)(tong)事(shi)之(zhi)(zhi)间(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)沟通与(yu)交流(liu)很(hen)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)。在(zai)(zai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)过程中(zhong)(zhong)难免会(hui)(hui)出现一(yi)(yi)些(xie)差(cha)(cha)错,给下一(yi)(yi)道(dao)工(gong)(gong)序的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)(tong)(tong)事(shi)造成不(bu)便;或者(zhe)由于某些(xie)客观原因,虽(sui)然(ran)不(bu)应由某个(ge)(ge)(ge)人(ren)(ren)完(wan)全(quan)负责,但(dan)确实(shi)(shi)影响到其他同(tong)(tong)(tong)事(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。这(zhei)时一(yi)(yi)定要(yao)(yao)(yao)用正确的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方法与(yu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)事(shi)交流(liu),尽(jin)快地解决(jue)问题,大(da)家才能(neng)齐心协(xie)力(li)地搞(gao)好(hao)(hao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。另(ling)外在(zai)(zai)办(ban)公室的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)际关(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi)(xi)也很(hen)难把握(wo),尤其是(shi)(shi)(shi)对于我(wo)们这(zhei)些(xie)初出茅庐(lu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)实(shi)(shi)习(xi)(xi)生。有(you)些(xie)同(tong)(tong)(tong)事(shi)之(zhi)(zhi)间(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)关(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi)(xi)非常微妙,亲近或疏远任(ren)何一(yi)(yi)方都(dou)会(hui)(hui)给自(zi)己(ji)带来一(yi)(yi)些(xie)不(bu)利(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影响,我(wo)在(zai)(zai)这(zhei)方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)经验是(shi)(shi)(shi)少(shao)(shao)说话,多(duo)(duo)做(zuo)事(shi),这(zhei)方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技巧,书本上是(shi)(shi)(shi)学(xue)(xue)不(bu)到的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),要(yao)(yao)(yao)在(zai)(zai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)慢(man)慢(man)地学(xue)(xue)习(xi)(xi)积累(lei)。实(shi)(shi)习(xi)(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)前(qian),总以为(wei)我(wo)们的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生活按照书本来做(zuo)就没(mei)错了(le),可(ke)是(shi)(shi)(shi)实(shi)(shi)习(xi)(xi)之(zhi)(zhi)后我(wo)才发现好(hao)(hao)多(duo)(duo)东西是(shi)(shi)(shi)书本上学(xue)(xue)习(xi)(xi)不(bu)到的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。有(you)人(ren)(ren)说社会(hui)(hui)是(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)个(ge)(ge)(ge)大(da)学(xue)(xue)校,而我(wo)现在(zai)(zai)才真正体(ti)会(hui)(hui)到自(zi)己(ji)只(zhi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)个(ge)(ge)(ge)幼(you)儿园(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)小朋友而已。当(dang)然(ran)我(wo)并不(bu)害(hai)怕和(he)气(qi)馁。也许我(wo)有(you)时候会(hui)(hui)为(wei)我(wo)曾经做(zuo)过的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)些(xie)事(shi)情(qing)而感(gan)到后悔,但(dan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)没(mei)关(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi)(xi),我(wo)也清醒(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)知道(dao)这(zhei)些(xie)都(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)我(wo)为(wei)社会(hui)(hui)交的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)学(xue)(xue)费。有(you)了(le)经验就有(you)了(le)生活的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)知识。我(wo)之(zhi)(zhi)前(qian)也天真的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)以为(wei)搞(gao)好(hao)(hao)和(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)事(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)关(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi)(xi)和(he)搞(gao)好(hao)(hao)和(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)学(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)关(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi)(xi)没(mei)有(you)什么(me)差(cha)(cha)别。但(dan)后来的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)实(shi)(shi)践证(zheng)明(ming)当(dang)时的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)我(wo)完(wan)全(quan)是(shi)(shi)(shi)想当(dang)然(ran)之(zhi)(zhi)见。事(shi)实(shi)(shi)上同(tong)(tong)(tong)事(shi)之(zhi)(zhi)间(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)关(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi)(xi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)比同(tong)(tong)(tong)学(xue)(xue)之(zhi)(zhi)情(qing)复(fu)杂的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)多(duo)(duo)。至少(shao)(shao)在(zai)(zai)大(da)多(duo)(duo)数场合(he)里同(tong)(tong)(tong)学(xue)(xue)之(zhi)(zhi)间(jian)不(bu)会(hui)(hui)有(you)利(li)益冲突(tu),而同(tong)(tong)(tong)事(shi)之(zhi)(zhi)间(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)关(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi)(xi)会(hui)(hui)在(zai)(zai)与(yu)领导(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)关(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi)(xi),权位(wei)竞争,工(gong)(gong)资业绩竞争中(zhong)(zhong)寻求(qiu)平衡。实(shi)(shi)习(xi)(xi)期间(jian),我(wo)得到了(le)各位(wei)领导(dao)(dao)、老师和(he)前(qian)辈们的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)关(guan)(guan)心与(yu)帮助,各位(wei)老师都(dou)非常耐心地教导(dao)(dao)我(wo),让我(wo)不(bu)但(dan)学(xue)(xue)会(hui)(hui)业务(wu),也学(xue)(xue)到很(hen)多(duo)(duo)待人(ren)(ren)处事(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)道(dao)理。

在实习过程中我不仅学到了许多在课堂上学不到的知识,并提高了自己的实际工作能力,对毕业后在新的工作岗位上做好本职工作打下了基础,提高了自信心。有不少学生实习时都觉得课堂上学的知识用不上,出现挫折感,可我觉得,课本上学的知识都是最基本的知识,不管现实情况怎样变化,抓住了最基本的就可以以不变应万变。所以我认为这次的实习最重要的意义就在于使我们切实认识到本专业的社会价值,是我们在步入社会成为一个能独立承担经济和责任的社会人之前的一次最重要的锻炼,我会更努力地积累理论知识,使自己成为一个更优秀的管理人才。
